Do you have a talent worth sharing? Now is your chance to take the stage!
The Historic Holly Theatre is excited to launch the inaugural Dahlonega’s Got Talent, a live community talent competition designed to celebrate local performers while supporting the arts in our community. This exciting new fundraiser will showcase the incredible talent found throughout North Georgia and culminate in a live finale on the Holly stage.
In addition to earning the title of Dahlonega’s Got Talent Champion, the winner will receive a hosted performance opportunity during the Historic Holly Theatre’s 2027 season, giving them the chance to showcase their talent on one of North Georgia’s premier stages.
All Ages Welcome
Singers, musicians, dancers, comedians, magicians, specialty acts, and more are encouraged to apply. If you’ve got a talent, we want to see it!
How it works:
July 1 – August 1, 2026
Submit a 1-minute video audition showcasing your talent using the application link below.
By August 15, 2026
A selection committee will review all submissions and choose 15 finalists to advance.
September 1 – October 1, 2026
Round 1 of community voting opens! The public will vote for their favorite acts, helping determine which performers advance to the final round.
October 1 – The Final Show
Round 2 of community voting opens! The voting will reset and the public will continue to vote for their favorite acts, helping determine which performer will win.
October 24, 2026 | 7:15 PM
The Top 5 finalists will perform live at the Historic Holly Theatre in front of a live audience and panel of judges as they compete for the title of Dahlonega’s Got Talent Champion and a featured performance opportunity during the Holly Theatre’s 2027 season.
Important Information:
- All ages are welcome.
- All acts must be family-friendly.
- Video auditions must be submitted between July 1 and August 1, 2026.
- Finalists must be available to perform live on October 24, 2026.
- Community voting will determine the Top 5 finalists who advance to the live finale as well as determine our final winner!
- If picked for the final 15, performers will be required to submit a full video of their talent (up to 5 min) by 8/29 for public voting.
